Modified Cars

Modified Cars are becoming very popular amongst Car Enthusiast's & Pure Petrol Heads especially over the last few years with movies such as Fast & Furious which glamourises Modified Cars & Car Customising and the life of underground style Street Racers with cars such as Japanese Imports Modified & Customised from there standard Stock versions to full Performance Driven, Candy Painted Monster Horsepower Machines.

This phenomenom has taken over the world with street racing becoming popular across the word in countries like USA, Europe and Japan especially.

In the UK and Europe they are called petroheads, pistonheads & boy racers despite Modified Cars becoming ever so popular with girls nowadays too.

There can be a HUGE difference in what a Modified Cars is too, Americans are torn between the people who love to customise their classic American Muscle Cars such as there Chevies, Mustangs, Camero's & V8's etc and some like to customise German or even Japanese cars made from BMW or Nissan, Toyota, Mazda, Lexus, Mitsubishi and Subaru.

The most popular of Modified Cars from Japan, the United Kingdom and the US are cars such as the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo, Toyota Supra, Subaru Impreza WRX, Nissan Skyling GTR R33 & R34, The Hummer and BMW 3 Series & M Series. Drive anywhere in the world and there is a big chance you have seen one of these cars modified in some way or another wether its by having a bigger spoiler, bigger set of rims or been totally customised and pimped out.
